Returns
Books & Non-Clothing Items
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 15 days. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Clothing
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds on orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
There are certain situations where no refunds will be issued for are granted such as, but not limited to:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Since we print wearable merchandise when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
